Terms and Conditions
Our commitment to transparency and artistic integrity.
Terms of Service
Welcome to Riverine Brushworks. By accessing our acrylic painting workshops, advanced technique classes, or online tutorials, you're agreeing to be bound by the following terms. We believe clarity is the foundation of a great artistic relationship. Have you reviewed our latest policy update?
Our services at 511A Greene Avenue and our digital platforms are provided to foster Art Education Excellence. We've spent 17 years refining our curriculum, and we expect our students to respect the intellectual property of our instructors. Don't worry, we're here to help you grow, but we need to ensure the environment remains professional and safe for all creators.
Regarding cancellations: we're human, and we know things happen. However, because our workshop spots are limited, we require a 48-hour notice for private art lessons. This allows another artist on our waitlist to step into the creative flow. If you miss this window, a partial fee may apply. Our retreat planning services involve 3rd party vendors and carry separate deposit requirements.
User Responsibilities
As a participant in our acrylic technique workshops, you'll be handling professional-grade materials. We provide the equipment, but you're responsible for following all safety protocols outlined by our staff. Safety first so the creativity can follow.
Our online tutorials and artist portfolios are for your personal inspiration and educational use only. Unauthorized distribution of our digital curriculum is strictly prohibited. We're proud of the work our instructors put into these classes, and protecting them is one of our top priorities.
